Repeat Prescriptions
All prescriptions are computer printed with a copy on a tear-off slip. When you need a new prescription, the repeat slip should be returned to the surgery so that the prescription can be issued and checked by the doctor before signing. Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be ready for pick-up. Only tick items that are required and put the slip in the box in the foyer. If you are over-ordering an item, your request may not be issued.

We regret we cannot take repeat medication requests by phone.
Patients can
make arrangements with local pharmacists to pick up their repeat
prescriptions at the pharmacy.
